Shipping coverage & carriers
We are delighted to offer shipping for all cake orders within the UK. We work with trusted national couriers to get your cake to you safely and on time.
Processing & delivery timeline
Order before 1pm and we bake fresh and deliver the next day across London and the UK. You choose your delivery date on the cake page before adding it to your basket, and we bake to that date.
Bespoke designs and large tiered cakes need more time. For those we ask for at least 3–5 days notice so our cake artists can do them justice.
Packaging & freshness
Cakes are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit, using appropriate insulated containers and protective measures. Inner packaging is cushioned with airbags and dowels are used at the centre for stability.
Temperature-sensitive items receive special attention so they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping costs
UK delivery is a flat £6.99 on every order, whatever its size. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Hand delivery and special delivery options may vary in cost — please contact us for a quote.
Delivery confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details and estimated delivery window once your order has been processed. Accurate address information is essential to prevent delays.
Service limitations
Shipping is currently restricted to addresses within UK postcodes.
Damage resolution
If your cake arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and we will resolve it promptly.
